NASA's Magnetospheric Multiscale (MMS) mission, operational for over a decade, has provided scientists with an extensive dataset on solar winds, far beyond what they can analyze alone. To address this challenge, NASA has launched the Shock Detectives project, a citizen science initiative aimed at engaging the public to assist in sorting through this data.
